We at SNUGGSOX endeavour to provide the best customer service we can!

In the unlikely event of a complaint, we aim to respond within 24hrs (excluding weekends & holidays).

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of colour reproduction, colours may vary slightly on your screen.

(i) Returns/Exchanges
Please contact us with any complaint within 24hrs of receiving your SNUGGSOX.

We accept NO RETURNS unless items are faulty & UNWORN in original packaging.

In the unlikely event of a fault we will refund your returns postage and replace the item with the same colour.

NB: All our goods are checked before posting.

(ii) Security
Online purchases are processed via the PAYPAL portal. Your transactions are secure and you are purchasing through a trusted secure site.

(iii) Privacy statement
We fully respect our customers right to privacy and protect their data at all times. We do not share any information with outside parties other than to complete your order.

If you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to provide their name & address. However, we will not contact that person directly.

We use return email addresses to answer the messages we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
